Order no. 681.RSB

Just 40 years ago, this ingeniously simple calculating machine without power and illuminated display was part of the engineer’s standard outfit; today, the slide rule is a coveted collector’s item.
The operation, once understood, is very simple: You only have to set the “1” of the tongue, the movable middle element, to the desired number, and you can read any multiplication from the line of the movable slider, divisions are just as easy. Even with Qurat and cubic numbers as well as roots the little wonder thing knows its way around.
The AstroMedia slide rule is the world’s first new development since the beginning of mass production of electronic pocket calculators.
